Recipe of Sev tamatar

How to make Sev Tamatar Ki Sabzi:

INGREDIENTS-

1/2 cup Sev
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
2 onions (sliced)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt (as required)
Oil (as required)
Water (as required)

PROCEDURE-

1. First heat oil in a kadhai. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let the seeds crackle.
2. Once they crackle add the green chilies, ginger garlic paste and let it cook for 30-40 seconds.
3. Now add the sliced onions and let them cook till they turn soft.
4. Once it is done, add in the chopped tomatoes. Mix everything properly and cook it till the tomatoes become soft.
5. Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well, close the lid and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
6. After 4-5 minutes, add the required water. It depends on how much gravy you prefer.
7. Lastly, add sev and mix everything well. Cook for about 30 seconds, switch off the stove.
8. Serve Sev Tamatar Ki Sabzi with phulkas (roti).
